We recently hired Total Planning and Design Solutions to survey and complete all the Land Maps and paperwork in order to transfer the 1 acre site we had recently purchased. John and his team completed this in a very timely fashion, no fuss, they handled everything. John met Shauna and myself on site to discuss the viability of the site and he was extremely knowledgeable with regard to planning laws.
